MARCH/APRIL CLASS SCHEDULE
Due to a temporary change of my class schedule at Life Time Fitness, I am now going to be teaching Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. I am also adding a 7am class to Monday & Wednesday. As the weather starts warming up, we all need to spend more time in the great outdoors! Lets gather our friends and start walking/jogging groups. If you have a desire to get moving, I'll help you! There's power in numbers . . . just knowing that someone is counting on you might be the motivation you're looking for.

FEBRUARY 2010 GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE
What a great year so far!!!! All 31 days of it! 2010 has gotten off to a fantastic start and I have a feeling its going to get better and better. Here is the new schedule for February - lots of changes! Including a NEW CLASS TIME at 7am on Tuesday & Thursday. Unfortunately the 6am class is full, but the 7am is open for enrollment!

Healthy AGAIN in 2010!!
